How are the goods delivered from India

STAGES OF CARGO TRANSPORTATION FROM INDIA
Container transportation from India to Russia by sea includes the following stages:
First, the customer must acquire container by himself or through other company. Then prepare it for the cargo delivery and shipment.
After this, the customer shall address to the shipping agent to enter into the contract and pay for transportation services. The next important stage is inspection of documents and cargo to prove their identity.
Further, the cargo is loaded to the container and it is ready for shipment. Finally, cargo vessel goes along the sea route and arrives to the port of destination. In the port of destination the cargo is transshipped from the board of the vessel to the terminal where all necessary examinations and customs procedures are performed. Upon customs clearance the cargo is transshipped to the container carrying truck to be delivered to the customer’s warehouse.
